Qnap cannot see downloaded files

After adding, use qfinder and click open file in explorer. does it work? if no try the following. Go to windows 10 network status change adapter options. Right click disable all of them. Wait a few seconds, then re-enable. Then go back qfinder and open file in explorer again. Does it work now?.
